60 Day Challenge is - a collaborative team effort to promote article online using marketing web technique, the main aim is to write 30 articles online and the remaining 30 days is to promote the articles and earn an income via affiliate opportunities and page views.

The following 30 hubs are my entry to the 60 day hub challenge, I enjoy this challenge and I am continuing to Phase 2 which is the promotion stage I might be a bit slow but I will get there.

Below is the list of my hubs with summary divided into different categories.

2. Title: Chicken Soup with papaya and Ginger

This dish is locally known to the Filipinos as “Tinolang Manok” (manok is the Filipino word for chicken). This is an inexpensive but a very nutritious dish. This recipe calls for papaya but if you don’t have papaya you can use chokos and you can also add spinach or chilli leaves, but if not available you can use baby bok choy. This dish is a comfort food for those people who live far from home, especially during the chilly winter months.

An easy dish to prepare when friends and family just drop for a chat and are willing to stay for dinner.

Puto is a steamed rice cake, served with melted cheese or slices of salted eggs on top, an all-time favourite, popular merienda (morning or afternoon snack ) in the Philippines. Jackfruit comes originally from the rainforest of India and Malaysia and now grown in Asia. Jackfruit is adapted to humid tropical and near-tropical climates and are related to breadfruit. I visited your food and flower photo blogs. what a great idea. I, like you, take pictures of food, flowers, nature also, and kids. I simply never considered doing what you did with the shots. How unique (I think) and a special place for your interests.
