Great hub. Very well done! Different colors are so appealing. Thanks!
Thank you for this. It is a subject I have looked at and thought about a fair deal. There is sometimes a hurdle to cross with colours. If the food is a different colour to that accepted as the Western norm it can be very off putting regardless of colour.
This was such a fun and great hub!!!! You presented it so well and other than hearing "Eat your greens" throughout my life I never considered other color groups of food! EXCELLENT job, Rosario!!!!!!!
I was drawn to this hub particularly because I once saw a photo of a plate of spaghetti and meatballs that were blue. It looked so disgusting I was amazed at my own reaction!
It is so true, as you've so beautifully written, that color is critical to the enjoyment of any dish.
Thanks,
Laurel
