Easy Brownies Recipe
67Brownies are cake-like bar cookies, usually made with chocolate and garnished with nuts. The first baking lesson that I learned when I was in Grade 6 is how to make brownies, during our Home Economics class. At that time we don't have an oven at home, so I could not practice how to make it, so I just kept the recipe for a long time, when my mother finally bought an oven, I was over the moon.
Over the years I have made a lot of brownies and made some adjustment to the original recipe, I baked brownies for families, for birthday parties, Christmas, and it is good to bring as potluck, when you don't know what to bring. I once made brownies as my daughter's contribution in the school fundraising and it was gone after 30 minutes, I should have baked more...
